Quality control of aggregates
In accordance with the provisions of the Basic Requirements (Bulging Products) Regulations, the Minister of the Interior has determined the levels of the basic requirements concerning:
- aggregate for concrete, CYS EN 12620.
- aggregates for bituminous mixtures, CYS EN 13043.
- aggregate for mortar, CYS EN 13139.
- aggregate for base and sub-base of road construction and filling materials, CYS EN 13242.
All the above standards can be obtained from the "Cyprus Standardization Organization".
The Construction Products legislation and the Aggregates Ordinance can be found on the Ministry of Interior (Technical Services) website.
