Activities of the Pafos Agricultural District Office's
Paphos District Agricultural Office is located at the New Governmental Buildings at the second and third floor of building E, opposite Paphos court at Neofytou Nikolaidi Street.The Office aims at serving all the municipalities and communities of Paphos district. For the better service of public our Office operates a Regional Agricultural Office at Polis Chrysochous, which serves the P. Chrysochous and Tilliria regions.
Activities and services offered by Paphos District Agricultural Office and Regional Agricultural Office of Polis Chrysochous:
1. Farmers' guidance, information and training, either individually through local visits or collectively, through organized enlightening concentrations or media such as radio, magazines and internet, on issues related to:

11. Risk Management issues (Damage assessment in agriculture etc.)

13. Management of Applications for issuing a Professional Certificate to users of plant protection products. Training or examining of applicants.
14. Subjects Viticulture / Enology: planting, grubbing, vineyard restructuring, grape harvest, wine stock declarations etc.
15. Issuing of certificates and keeping of relevant Registers [Organic Farmers, Crops for Employment of foreign labor workers, for Open Markets (“Laikes agores”) for Agricultural products and Use by various governmental services]

In addition, Paphos District Agricultural Office operates the Agricultural Training Centre, which is located at Achelia, where trainings for farmers by officers of Agriculture Department take place.
