On the Control and Protection of Water Pollution Law - Ν.106(Ι)/2002 - ΚΔΠ 407/2007 – Code of Good Agricultural Practices
This refers to a regulation by which a code on good agricultural practices in reference to water protection from nitrates is introduced. The Code aims in guiding farmers in avoiding or minimizing environmental pollution from overfertilization and in defining environmentally acceptable practices for the use of recycled water and sludge in agriculture.
