This Law provides for the enactment of an action framework on water policy, for harmonizing with EU policies:
(a) Directive 2000/60/EC of the European Parliament and of the European Council of October 23rd 2000, for the enactment of a European action plan on water policy
(b) Decision 2455/20001/EC of the European Parliament and of the European Council of November 21st 2000, for compiling a substances priority list in reference to water policy and in amending 2000/60/EC Directive.
