Permit for the use of a government borehole


According to the Law for Geological Surveys of 2013 (Law 140 (I) / 2013, the use of government boreholes is subject to a permit granted by the Director of the Geological Survey Department, upon application, in accordance with the following template. The application may be submitted by persons who are either owners of the land on which the borehole is situated, or have obtained the written consent of the owner. The application shall refer to the serial number and location of the borehole, the ownership status of the land on which the borehole is situated, the duration and use for which the permit for use is sought, any improvements and/or changes which the applicant intends to carry out in the borehole, and the equipment which the applicant intends to use.
