| - | The project which faces the biggest problem is the Kokkinochoria Sewage Complex System (project 9) in relation to which the Tender for the study and construction of the Water Treatment Plant in Achna was called in 2013. However, as a result of multiple hierarchical reviews to the Tender Review Authority (TRA) the contract has not yet been awarded. Therefore, there are great delays in the implementation of the project. Already, due to this situation, the Plant project was transferred in Planning Period 2014-2020. In addition, if the project is not awarded in 2018-2019 the project will risk not to be concluded within PP 2014-2020 and as a result, the WHOLE project will be excluded from co-financing. |

| - | Presently the decision of the TRA is pending, in relation to the hierarchical appeals submitted, which is not expected soon as things have been complicated due to the Judgment of the Administrative Court which annuls a prior decision of the TRA. |
