The Department is staffed by technical officers with wide professional experience, such as Civil Engineers, Topographer/ Irrigation Engineers, Hydrologists, Sanitary Engineers, Electrical/Mechanical Engineers, Geologists and Chemists. It also employees hourly paid personnel of different trades. In addition, occasionally, the Department employees United Nations experts and foreign consulting firms.
