Η ΕΕ διεξάγει δημόσια διαβούλευση σχετικά με τις προωθούμενες πολιτικές για πρόληψη / αντιμετώπιση της κλιματικής αλλαγής, όπως αντιμετωπίζεται μέσα από την εφαρμογή της “Πράσινης Συμφωνίας (Green Deal)”.

Public Consultation on the future European Climate Pact
The European Green Deal sets out how to make Europe the first climate-neutral continent by 2050. Alongside government policies and regulation, there is a role to play for citizens, communities and organisations in all sectors of our society and economy. To this end, as part of the Green Deal, the Commission will launch a European Climate Pact to give citizens and stakeholders from all parts of society a voice and a role in designing new climate actions, sharing information, launching grassroots activities and showcasing solutions that others can follow. The inputs from this public consultation will be used to shape the Pact. The online consultation, which opened on 4 March, will close on 17 June 2020.

Public consultation on the New EU Climate Adaptation Strategy
As part of the European Green Deal, the Commission aims to put forward a new Adaptation Strategy in early 2021. The public consultation on the Adaptation Strategy invites contributions from stakeholders and citizens to inform the design of the new strategy. A blueprint for the strategy accompanies the consultation in order to provide context, indicate possible directions of development and stimulate the debate. The online consultation will be open for 14 weeks from 14 May until 20 August 2020.
