According to Regulation 17 of the Fisheries Regulations, Decree 416/2019, in order to conduct night scuba diving activities an approval must be obtained beforehand from the Director of the Department of Fisheries and Marine Research.
Interested professional bodies (diving centres), associations or individual divers must fill out the application forms attached below and send them
(a) via emails to the address: director@dfmr.moa.gov.cy
or
(b) via Fax to the no 22775955
The Professional Body or Association or individual diver must register the night dives in the Mobile App of the DFMR Cy-FIS
