On the Control of the Pollution of Water and Soils Ν.106(I)/2002
This Law amends and unifies the Law which provides for the elimination or minimization and the control of water and soil pollution, aiming in improving the protection of natural water resources, the health and prosperity of people and the protection of the environment, flora and fauna.
