According to the Law of Geological Surveys of 2013 (140(I)/2013), the carrying out of geological surveys require a relevant permit, issued by the Director of the Cyprus Geological Survey Department, after submitting an application according to the following template.
The application must be submitted only by persons who have expertise on carrying out geological surveys, according to the Decree of the Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and Environment of 2014 (568/2014).
